Who's behind this

I'm Oriol Ulaszewski Ylla, a psychologist based in Spain. I hold a master's in General Health Psychology and an expert degree in Sport Psychology, and I work in Spanish, English and German — which lets me work with people all over the world.

Most of my work is in high-performance, business and sport psychology — that's also where I live and work — and I keep a foot in classical clinical psychology, which I love just as much. Alongside one-to-one work, I give talks for companies and run group sessions and trainings: better sales, managing stress and anxiety, communication and performance.

I started this channel because I'm full of ideas I think are genuinely worth knowing — and because I love making things. YouTube is a fun, creative outlet and a great way to put useful psychology in front of people.

What drives it is simple: I love science for what it stands for — the search for truth, and the honesty to change your mind when the evidence changes. And I love taking that knowledge and making it as easy to grasp as possible, because better information makes for a better world, and the web is already full of oversimplified or outright fake content.

A caveat I'd rather say out loud: this is a one-person project. I can make mistakes, so please double-check anything that matters — I'm not claiming this is flawless or the final word. But unlike a lot of places that push fake or careless content (because easy, extreme takes travel faster), I genuinely try to give the best, most honest information I can.

So yes — I really do psychology, in Spanish, German and English, and you're welcome to get in touch. And no, the on-screen host isn't quite me: it's a digital, illustrated version, and that's not my real voice either. 🙂
